A Walk Thru Downtown, And a Few More Pictures...

On New Years Day, Misti, Noah and I decided to take a little stroll thru downtown Bangor.    If you have not visited downtown in a while it might be worth a visit as it has become a very bustling little community, one might even call it Metro, chalk full of charm and character.

Our first stop of course was to Giacomo's for some comforting refreshments.   With the emergence of young adults to the city, the atmosphere in Giacomo's reflected that of a college lounge (in a good way).  After our break, we started our journey thru the city, me of course with camera in hand.

I particularity like the warmth, comfort and openness of this window, I am guessing the pigeons do too, especially when treats are left on the window sill.

A closer look reveals a butt can, a well locked butt can.

Given a choice you my want to park at the spot on the left as your vehicle will have to pay the expense.

Unlike the spot on the right where you the owner incurs the expense.

A party weapon left over from the night before.... I suspect the next morning it lost its appeal...

Have you seen my coffee, I just had it....

This gentleman was hanging around on the inside of the Friars Bakery...

I found my coffee, but now where are my good sneakers...

Till next time.....dg
